As we get ready to open our doors for family and friends as early as mid-March, we are hyped up to bring a taste of the same authentic, awesome cuisine and vibrant cocktail lounge vibes that you’ve come to expect from our other prominent locations in Hoboken and Jersey City!
Our long awaited, and highly anticipated launch, guarantees a fancy feel with unique twists on authentic dishes and classic mixology as our mainstay, but curated signature cocktails as our main focus. With three distinct dining areas among a 3,000 sq. ft. design, we have included a private dining space for any event and special occasions. Seating up to 25 people at the bar with a dining scene, and an 8-person glassed in dining area for smaller private groups, ensures we have a seat for you and your entire social circle ready to be welcomed.

As you walk in, you’ll immediately notice our walls are graced by the ink of local artists creating a dynamically spirited aesthetic while feeding the community with our untouchable menu and a dash of soul. While our lineup of artists may be homegrown, their work extends beyond the Morristown audience as they reach new levels of artistry on Orale’s signage, our wild Motown room, and canvassing across all dining areas.
Our Morristown location will provide the same eccentric, but elegant atmosphere for electric vibes and your best night out. Think of our version as a Mexican taproom mingled with a vivacious parlor. So energetic music and incredible eats? Sign us up!
A Motown Menu
Your palate will dance with our savory menu reflecting our current favorites and an exclusive different type of nuance. Just our mind-boggling Plancha cooked with Chihuahua cheese, seared corn, sweet and spicy blistered farmer’s rajas, cilantro crema, smoked pimenton salsa & tortillas (perfected for tacos,) with a choice of airline chicken breast, ribeye, or jumbo shrimp. Holy sh*t!
If you are having a hard time trying to decide what to get for yourself, why not just get everything and go splitzies for the table? You won’t be disappointed. Our shared plates like the Smoked Duck Confit Nachos with yellow habanero sauce, cheddar cheese, black beans, radish, pico de gallo, crema, and cilantro, or the Crispy Taquitos remain all the rage!
Whether you are looking to start off your evening with the ever sought after Truffle Hot Honey Guac, or our popular Tuna Taco (chili rubbed & seared tuna, lime green salsa, baked jicama chips in romaine wraps), it is so important to save room for at least a bite of our renowned Tres Leches (lemon & black poppy seed cake, macerated strawberries and strawberry grand marnier coulis), or our cinnamon and sugar coated, salted caramel Churro Nuggets! Dessert isn’t for the faint of heart and both are a must-have treat to complete!
Wash It Down
Our obvious drink of choice would have to be our signature, anything with tequila! However, we never want to leave our other signature cocktails behind. With fresh, seasonal ingredients crafted by our experts, you will be impressed by our Smoked Old Fashioned (bonded whiskey, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, agave, smoked syrup and Mexican bitter blend). Orale’s collective list of Sangria (beloved fruit blends), Cervezas (draft and bottles), and wine lists seem a bit more subtle, but all get the job done!
Brunch It Like It’s Hot
Looking for brunch? We got this! Move over morning coffee, it’s time for a boozy brunch! Aside from being one of the happiest of hours during a very curious time of day, you get to sleep in late, indulge in all of our breakfast crafted specialties, and not have to accomplish any of the mundane errands of a typical Sunday afternoon. Our Los Sundays Brunch is the perfect excuse to miss a meal, by combining two in one with the most enticing ingredient of all—TEQUILA!
You can take flight in more ways than one with our recently renovated tequila menu! It’s now bigger and better than ever! Choose between three 1 ounce pours of Silver, Resposado, Anejo or Super Anejo. You can select our very popular Mixto flight options or shake things up with a go-to frozen margarita to keep things leveled if you are feeling overwhelmed by the purest agave assortment.
