Though we believe in the magical and restorative powers of tacos and margaritas, we know that food is only 50 percent of the experience in a restaurant. What transforms a place from somewhere you eat to somewhere you want to be is the restaurant staff.
We’re proud of the fact that 75 percent of Orale’s staff has been with us for 3+ years, and many of the same people have also worked with our teams in other restaurants. Each one of them is part of the engine that keeps our restaurant running smoothly, even when the place is packed and there’s a wait. And this engine runs.
They make it consistent.
They prep the ingredients. They cook the ingredients. They place orders, and then they check that the orders are correct. They come in early and work until late. They get your table ready and clear your table when you’re done. They make it consistent. They say the frozen margarita of the day 4,000 times per day. They go above and beyond to make it feel effortless when your frozen marg and chips are placed in front of you. They hustle. And then they do it all again the next day.
