No, it is only to hold the table unless the reservation is not honored. If there is a deposit, yes, we will charge the card for the deposit only. If you wish to pay with the same credit card, please have it present with you. We do not offer house accounts.
If you received the email with the set menus, you could only book the group with the family style menu. Due to our kitchen size and high volume, we have limited space to put out large groups a la carte.
Yes. Anyone consuming alcohol needs to. Only guests under 21 or not consuming any alcohol can be exempt. Can the open bar be a mix of consumption and open brunch bar? Sadly, only one type of bar may be selected. From Consumption to Open Brunch Bar. Please make sure to select one. Can I change from consumption to open upon arrival? Yes, but it must be communicated prior to getting seated. Once seated, it is no longer possible. Can I switch from open bar to consumption? Unfortunately, the answer is no. We prepare extra products for open bars. Open Bar time starts once you are seated even if the group is not complete.
If it is possible to do it, we are happy to accommodate. Late bookings usually have more flexibility to extend. Prime time between 7pm to 9pm is almost impossible to extend.
We recommend selecting based on most of your guest’s dining preference or keep the menu balanced between proteins. If most of your guests are vegetarian, then select mostly non meat items. Vegans can cater separately.
Basically, general dining means we can sit in a group anywhere in the restaurant that is not private.
Private Room would require a buyout of the space to guarantee. There is a food & beverage minimum based on the date, start & end time, number of guests and selections / upgrades.
Depending on what it is, we will try to make it happen. The rule is no substitutions allowed but “add” on is possible for an additional charge. Happy to give you pricing based on changes.
Yes, we have set pars for the food based on the number of guests confirmed. If you need more of a particular item, we are happy to bring out more as long as it is reasonable. Our team is happy to assist and guide.
Yes, we are happy to assist with presenting and serving the cake. There is no fee unless the menu is not a set menu. We recommend no ice cream cakes due to our lack of freezer space. Please bring your own candles based on your taste / style. No sparklers or smoky candles due to the fire alarm.
Yes, if it does not disturb other tables’ view, experience, or interfere with service. All balloons need to be properly secured & removed at the end of the event. If you are taping something on the wall, please ensure to have the proper table. Any damage to the paint may result in additional charges. Table(s) will be ready to decorate at booked time. If you need to decorate, please plan to have other guests arrive a few minutes later.
We only play the restaurant music. No other music can be hosted.
We normally do not sit in incomplete groups. We highly recommend asking guests to be on time to be promptly seated. We understand the challenges
Yes, it can be a little if not planned. We highly recommend using a car service such as Uber / Lyft if you live near the restaurants. Street parking is available, but meters do apply Monday to Saturday until 9pm. Jersey City, there is residential parking that can be used but please read the street sign for details.
If we hold a table for a certain guaranteed number of guests, we will charge based on the guarantee. Happy to work with you to adjust any final changes, as long as we have plenty of notice. Once seated, we can no longer assist. This is a good reason; we only sit if complete so we can adjust if needed.
